Recipe Steps

Preparing pineapple cucumber juice is a quick and easy way to enjoy a refreshing and nutritious beverage. Follow these simple steps:

1. Gather all the fresh ingredients you’ll need: fresh pineapple chunks English cucumbers and ginger

2. Start by peeling and chopping the pineapple into large pieces. Set aside.

3. Peel the English cucumbers and cut them into smaller pieces. Set aside. But you dont have to peel the cucumber especially if using the English cucumber because their skins are less thick.

4. Add ginger  Also, you dont have to peel the ginger.

1. Using a juicer, or blender, feed the large pieces of pineapple, smaller cucumber pieces, and ginger into the machine.

Add the coconut water into the blender if using a blender. However, if using a juicer, mix the coconut water into juice after juicing.

2. Once all the ingredients are juiced, if using a blender, place a nut milk bag or cheesecloth over a bowl to strain the juice and separate any remaining pulp.

3. Squeeze the bag tightly to extract every drop of juice. Discard the pulp or save it for other recipes.

4. If using a juicer and you prefer a thinner juice, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer.

But I find the remaining pulp okay because it has the necessary fiber I need.
