  • High powered blender


  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 1 small avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries Use frozen for a colder and thick smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk adjust for desired thickness
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired
