  • 1cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Strawberries 
  • 1/2 c raspberries 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Navitas Organics Superfood+Adaptogen Blend
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Note: I use Navitas Organics Superfood + Adaptogen Blend, a blend of Maca, reishi, and ashwagandha powder.

You can use a teaspoon each of maca, reishi, and ashwagandha if you have them as individual powders.

Instructions:

Add Liquid: In a blender, pour in the coconut milk 

Add Greens: Add the spinach to the blender.

Fruit and Veggies: Add the blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and bananas into the blender.

Superfood Boost: Sprinkle in the ashwagandha powder, maca powder, collagen powder, reishi powder,  and hemp seeds.
