Equipment

  • Blender Better in a high powered blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit:
  • If using fresh berries and mango, wash and chop them into smaller pieces. For frozen fruits, there's no need to chop.
  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a blender, add the mixed berries, mango chunks, and banana.
  • Add the Creamy Elements:
  • Pour in thecoconut yogurt and milk. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use less milk; for a thinner consistency, add more.
  • Sweeten and Flavor:
  • Add the honey or maple syrup if you want additional sweetness.
  • Blend Until Smooth:
  • Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve:
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
  • If you want a more tropical flavor, you can add a splash of coconut milk or a few pineapple chunks.
