Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango or fresh ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Frozen peaches (or 2 fresh peaches) pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 ripe banana frozen for thicker creamier smoothie
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen or fresh diced mango, frozen peaches orfreah sliced peaches, and strawberries to a blender.
  • Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and honey (if using).
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no visible chunks remaining.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
    Garnish with some peach slices and strawberries and a scattering of chia seeds. Enjoy immediately.
