- 1 cup Frozen peaches (or 2 fresh peaches) pitted and sliced
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries hulled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness
- 1 ripe banana frozen for thicker creamier smoothie
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- A handful of ice cubes
Add the frozen or fresh diced mango, frozen peaches orfreah sliced peaches, and strawberries to a blender.
Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and honey (if using).
