Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Start by peeling and chopping the ripe mango. If using frozen mango just add 1 cup mango to blender.
    Measure out the matcha powder, frozen pineapple chunks, fresh spinach leaves, and hemp seeds and add to blender.
  • Add 1-2 teaspoon of honey and blend. Note you can use sweetner of choice.
  • Pour in the unsweetened almond milk.
  • Secure the lid on the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey, almond milk, or ice cubes if needed.
  •  Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, pour it into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy the delicousnes.
