Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, and sugar-free Greek yogurt.
  • Pour in the coconut water (or coconut milk ) and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. The frozen fruit will give the smoothie a thick, icy creamy texture.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavors if needed. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a natural sweetener like a small amount of honey or a few drops of stevia (though this is optional and not necessary).
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses. Garnish with a pineapple slice, banana slcie or diced mango. Sprinkel some hemp seeds if desired

Notes

Tips 
For a Protein Boost: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
For Extra Fiber: Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds.
If you dont like the smoothie too sweet, use half a banana. The sweetness also depends on how sweet the banana is.
