- 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana frozen
- ½ cup orange juice or any preferred juice
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Ice cubes optional for a thicker texture
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Gather all ingredients and wash and peel the kiwi.
In a blender, add the mango, kiwi, strawberries, orange juice, coconut water, and Greek yogurt (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker texture.
