Refreshing Hibiscus Berry And Rose Iced Tea
A cooling, antioxidant-rich iced tea with tart hibiscus, calming rose, juicy berries, and a gentle green tea lift. Perfect for glowing skin, sustained energy, and summer hydration.

- 2 green tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf green tea
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus petals
- 1 tbsp dried culinary-grade rose petals
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 –2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice optional
- Ice for serving
- Mint berries, or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Heat water to about 175–185°F (not boiling).
Steep green tea in the hot water for 2–3 minutes. Remove bags or strain leaves.
Add hibiscus, rose petals, and berries. Cover and steep 15–20 minutes.
Strain into a pitcher, pressing berries to release juices.
Stir in sweetener and lemon juice if using.
Cool to room temp, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
