Refreshing Hibiscus Berry And Rose Iced Tea

A cooling, antioxidant-rich iced tea with tart hibiscus, calming rose, juicy berries, and a gentle green tea lift. Perfect for glowing skin, sustained energy, and summer hydration.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 green tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf green tea
  • 2 tbsp dried hibiscus petals
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary-grade rose petals
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 –2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice optional
  • Ice for serving
  • Mint berries, or edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat water to about 175–185°F (not boiling).
  • Steep green tea in the hot water for 2–3 minutes. Remove bags or strain leaves.
  • Add hibiscus, rose petals, and berries. Cover and steep 15–20 minutes.
  • Strain into a pitcher, pressing berries to release juices.
  • Stir in sweetener and lemon juice if using.
  • Cool to room temp, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
