Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup almond milk You can use coconut milk or any milk of choice
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana, grated ginger, turmeric powder, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and water or coconut water.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add more milk or the liquid base you choose until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with chia seeds aand or a pineapple wedge if you like and enjoy immediately!
