- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons honey adjust to taste
- 1/2 cup almond milk You can use coconut milk or any milk of choice
- Ice cubes optional
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana, grated ginger, turmeric powder, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and water or coconut water.
