Pineapple Cortisol Mocktail

A light, refreshing mocktail made with fresh pineapple, zesty lime, coconut water, and a touch of Himalayan salt. Perfect for a stress-soothing, hydrating boost any time of day!

Equipment

  • Blender or juicer
  • Sieve or nut bag

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple juice or blended fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut water unsweetened
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey optional, for a hint of sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional, for an extra anti-inflammatory boost
  • 4 ounces sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple or lime slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Juice the Pineapple in a blender or juicer. If using a blender, add a splash of water.
  • In a glass, mix the pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, honey (if using), and Himalayan salt. Stir well until everything is dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with pineapple or lime slices.
  • Enjoy immediately for a refreshing, stress-relieving drink!
