Pineapple Cortisol Mocktail
A light, refreshing mocktail made with fresh pineapple, zesty lime, coconut water, and a touch of Himalayan salt. Perfect for a stress-soothing, hydrating boost any time of day!

Blender or juicer
Sieve or nut bag
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple juice or blended fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut water unsweetened
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey optional, for a hint of sweetness
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional, for an extra anti-inflammatory boost
- 4 ounces sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple or lime slices for garnish
Juice the Pineapple in a blender or juicer. If using a blender, add a splash of water.
In a glass, mix the pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, honey (if using), and Himalayan salt. Stir well until everything is dissolved.
Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently.
Garnish with pineapple or lime slices.
