Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium beet peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1- inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped

Instructions
 

  • Using a Juicer:
  • Preparation: Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. Peel the beets.
  • Juicing: Feed the beet, lemon, ginger, parsley, cucumber, apple, red cabbage, and celery through the juicer one by one.
  • Mixing: Stir the juice well to combine the flavors.
  • Serving: Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • Using a Blender:
  • Preparation: Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Blending: Add the beet, lemon, ginger, parsley, cucumber, apple, red cabbage, and celery to the blender. Add a little water (about 1/2 to 1 cup) to help with blending.
  • Blending: Blend until smooth.
  • Straining (optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl. Press down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Serving: Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • Tips:
  • Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter juice, you can add another apple.
  • Storage: It's best to drink the juice immediately to retain the maximum nutrients, but it can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
