Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
