Start by adding the fresh spinach to your blender.
Next add the sliced green apple, and chia seeds or hemp seeds.
Add a tablespoon of almond butter
Pour in the unsweetened almond milk to help blend all the ingredients.
If desired, add a tablespoon of honey or natural sweetener to enhance the taste
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add a handful of ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Pour the green smoothie into a glass and enjoy it fresh.
