  • 1 can 15 oz cannellini beans or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 roasted red peppers from a jar or homemade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for depth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Adjust consistency: If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water or extra olive oil. Blend again.
