Ingredients
  

  • cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple honey optional
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • Start by gathering your  - frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, banana, coconut milk, and honey.
  • Add them to a high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix or Blendtec.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Pour your smoothie into your favorite glass or mason jar.
  • Garnish with a few fresh blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or sprinkling of chia seeds, flax meal, or coconut flakes. Or even sliced strawberry or banana slices. The choices are endless.
