- 1 small beet peeled and chopped (raw or roasted)
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe banana for natural sweetness
- 1 cup almond milk or your favorite plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for a hint of flavor
- Ice cubes optional, for a thicker, frosty texture
