Combine Ingredients: In a mason jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogur, protein powder, diced apple, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup or honey . Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate: Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Serve: In the morning, stir the oats, top with chopped nuts or seeds for added texture, a dollop of yogutrt and enjoy! If you prefer warm oats, simpley warm in the microwave but then, dont put in the yogurt when prepping the overnight oats to avoid curdling.
