Apple cinnamon protein overnight oats

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl You can simpley mix everything in a mason jar
  • Mason Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medium apple diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for added creaminess
  • Chopped nuts or seeds for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a mason jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogur, protein powder, diced apple, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup or honey . Stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate: Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve: In the morning, stir the oats, top with chopped nuts or seeds for added texture, a dollop of yogutrt and enjoy! If you prefer warm oats, simpley warm in the microwave but then, dont put in the yogurt when prepping the overnight oats to avoid curdling.
